Our operational hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday.
Turnaround Time
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days for accessories and 10-14 business days for apparel and tumblers. Please note that this may vary during peak seasons. We do all blank ordering on Mondays to cut down on shipping costs for both us and you!
Garment Care
How should I care for my Rory Gail Handmade garments?
Taking proper care of your RGH garments will allow you to enjoy them for even longer! The best way to do this is by: washing inside out, in cold water, and then hanging to dry or machine drying on low. It's also important to avoid anything that may interfere with the design, including bleach, fabric softener, and ironing.

Route Shipping Insurance
Is shipping insurance available through Route?
Yes, we offer shipping insurance through Route for added protection. You can select this option during checkout.
How do I file a claim with Route?
After checkout, Route sends an email to you with a confirmation number for your order. Please keep this email until after your order is delivered and inspected. I have no access to your confirmation number with Route. However, filing a claim is super easy. Just click the link in your confirmation email and Route gives step by step instructions. Please never feel bad or guilty for needing to file a claim. This extra insurance is to cover you when deliveries don't go as planned.
